Returns and Exchanges

Hon&Guan accepts returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in the same condition received and in the original packaging.Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping charges for returns or exchanges. 

Warranty

Our warranty program is our commitment to the original customer, that each product sold or manufactured by Hon&Guan,will be free from defects for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. If a product is found to have a defect in material or performance,you can return it to us for free repair or replacement. You should be responsible for shipping the product back to us for replacement or repairs. We’ll bear the return back to you shipping cost only. If the replacement or repair is not possible for you, a discount can be provided for the new replacement ( excludes the shipping cost).
