1.What payment terms you can accept?

2.Can I change details of my order?

Yes,you could contact service@hongguanfan.shop to change your order info.

3.How do I cancel my order?

Only unshipped orders maybe cancelled. Refund will be issued as soon as possible.



1.Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide and free shipping if your order amount is more than 200 USD(Exclude remote areas)

2.Where you ship goods from?

We have several overseas warehouses. It depends on the situation of warehouse.Sometimes we ship the goods from China.

3.What is the shipping cost?

Calculate shipping cost by country/region and weight. Pls refer to the shipping cost during checkout.

4.What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Include order verification, quality check and packaging. We will handle the order within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then our warehouse will package the goods and ship out, which takes 1-3 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. If item is shipped from local warehouse it will need 3-7 business days; if it is shipped from China,there may need 10-25 business days.

5.How do I track my package?

You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email. Also, you can click “Track my Order” link on our website.

1.What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of order date.
  • In original condition: resell-able
  • Unused or undamaged
  • In the original packaging

2.How do I return a product?
